Double doses of varicella vaccine found to be most effective

Previous studies have suggested that two doses of varicella vaccine are related to higher levels of antibodies than one dose, but this is the first study to evaluate the clinical efficacy of two doses of vaccine in the general population. In a survey of children in Connecticut, Shapiro and his team found 71 cases of chickenpox in children aged 4 years.
